but not limited to these types of cases:
a.In your work
organization, it is hoped that your employees provide business suggestions,
however, once the employees’ idea is not the same as the managers’, actually,
do you define it as violating the workplace ethics?! Therefore, how you ensure
the situation and work atmosphere of the work environment supports your idea
shared here?! Or, in your work organization, how you support employees who
don’t follow the crowd?!
b.Different from Workplace Romance or
Sexual Harassment Protection, regardless employees’ work level, do you clearly
define that employees are not allowed to go to 「legal」
erotic entertainment venues?! Why?! This question is based on a situation that
people usually use behavior or viewpoint of a particular aspect of a person to
infer this person’s behavior or viewpoint of other aspects, for example: people
who would like to go to this kind of places may be a person whose personal
ethics is not good/unless you don’t agree with this assumption. Hence, assume
that you’ve already known the real situation, would you hire candidates who
would go to those 「legal」 erotic entertainment venues?! Why?! What if they are
C-level candidates?! Or, how you will deal with it if they are C-level
managerial persons in your work organization?!
c.Similar to Policy Design Studio and
b., in your work organization, do you think that employees’ discipline you need
to manage includes the number of persons they are dealing with at the same time
in their romance relationship?! Why?! Including the extramarital affair. This
question is based on this blog’s idea that a romance relationship is like a contract
relationship, involved parties should obey the contractual stipulations or 「general common sense」, unless, in the contract, it has
already allowed the parties involved are able to build up the relationship with
multiple parties, otherwise, it is seen as disobedience, thus, those disobey
the terms in the romance relationship must explain to your work organization
how their self-discipline is able to obey their work contracts with you or
other terms of contracts; it is not easy to find out people of multiple romance
relationships at the same time, in this situation, would you define some kind
of management in the code of conduct once the situation is found out?! For
example: Once it is found out or reported, the company will…. Why?! How you
will deal with it if they are C-level candidates?! Or, they are the persons in
managerial roles in your organization in C-level?!
What you will do to ensure the
completeness of your management policies or code of conduct to manage the
workplace ethics obedience but not making it too detailed?! How you will make
it transparent, clear and people will follow it?!

b.不同於辦公室戀情議題或性騷擾防治,不論員工職務高低,您明確定義員工不得進出「合法」情色娛樂場所嗎?! 為什麼呢?! 這個問題是基於人們通常會依照某方面的行為或價值觀推論於其他方面的價值觀或行為而提問,例如:會到這類型場所的員工可能私德不佳/除非您不認同。因此,假設您已知情,您會錄取會到「合法」情色娛樂場所消費的求職者嗎?! 為什麼呢?! 如果此人是C級候選人呢?! 或者,他們已經是貴組織的C級主管,您將如何處理呢?!
c.類似制度設計工作室、b.,貴組織認為您必須管理的員工紀律包括員工同時交往的感情對象數量嗎?! 為什麼呢?! 包含婚外情。這個問題是基於本部落格認為,感情關係如同一份契約關係,應遵守約定或「常理」,除非事先約定允許交往對象可以同時有多位感情對象,否則即視為違約,因此,感情關係會違約的人必須向貴組織解釋個人紀律將如何遵守勞資合約或其他合約的約束;多對象的感情關係不易被發現,因此,您將納入管理制度裡面的某種員工紀律處理預告嗎?! 例如:一經發現或檢舉,將…..。為什麼呢?! 如果它是C級候選人呢?! 或者,它已經是貴組織的C級主管,您將如何處理呢?!
您可能採取什麼做法以確保您的管理制度或員工行為守則是完整的而不必將道德倫理規定得太細呢?! 您如何公開透明定義職場倫理並落實呢?!
